Product exchange - Returns
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with the delivered products. For this, however, it is crucial that the original quality is not damaged.
In light of this, please consider the following:
- return the product in its intact, original packaging and the product itself must not be worn or worn.
- do not stick or write anything on the product's original box/packaging, not even adhesive tape.
We recommend that you also keep the outer box in which the product was delivered and pack the product to be returned in it.
If the packaging is damaged, we will charge HUF 2,000 amortization costs to cover the repackaging of the product. Thank you for your understanding!
Step by step - how do I return the product?
- If you would like to return an undamaged or defective product, please include a clear declaration of withdrawal with the package.
